We make every effort to provide you with a beautiful necklace. If the need arises, we will gladly correct or replace any necklace that arrives flawed or does not match the name that was provided to us. We reserve the right to correct the necklace and will provide a replacement if this is not possible. Since each necklace is individually handmade, slight variations in design and lettering are not considered flaws. We must be notified of any flaws within 7 days of delivery and we may require a quality digital photo or return of jewelry. Please note that gold jewelry will be replaced only upon receipt of the original piece.
When asked to return an item for correction or replacement, be sure to ship with insurance or at least tracking/delivery confirmation for your protection. Please contact us for return address information.
Due to vacations or national holidays, estimated delivery times may on occasion be increased by a day or more.
We bear no responsibility for delays in customs or any customs duties.
Orders can't be cancelled once we've begun making your jewelry.
